These Terms govern the SMS text-messaging program operated by Shy Joseph under the trading name Wenna ("we", "us"). By texting our published number or providing your mobile number with consent on our website, you agree to these Terms.
Wenna operates an AI text-message assistant. When you text our number, an automated assistant replies to answer your questions about our service, help you try a demo, and schedule a consultation. All conversations are initiated by you; we do not send unsolicited messages.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us (recurring messages occur only within an active conversation you started).
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Wenna does not charge you for messages.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email shy@shyjoseph.com.
Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The service is provided "as is"; automated responses are for convenience and may not reflect final pricing or availability, which we confirm directly.
