This Privacy Policy explains how Shy Joseph, operating the messaging service Wenna ("we", "us", "our"), handles information in connection with our SMS text-messaging program. Shy Joseph is a registered Israeli dealer (עוסק מורשה) no. 021648670, Ra'anana, Israel.
Our messaging is customer-initiated: we only process your information after you text our published number, or provide your number with your consent through a form on our website. We collect your mobile phone number and the content of the messages you send us, so our assistant can reply, answer your questions, and help schedule a consultation or demo.
We use your mobile number and messages solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the service you requested, and send related follow-up messages about that conversation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (for example, our SMS carrier), strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and never for their independent marketing.

We retain message records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
