How customers consent to receive text messages from a business using Wenna.
Wenna provides AI-powered text-message assistants for local service businesses (plumbers, electricians, contractors, and other home-service trades). Each participating business publishes its own phone number. When a customer texts that number, the business's assistant replies to help answer questions about services, hours, and pricing, and to help schedule an appointment.
The published number appears on the business's website, Google Business profile, truck, and marketing materials. No one is ever added to messaging without first texting the number themselves — Wenna does not send bulk, promotional, or unsolicited messages, and phone numbers are never bought, sold, or shared for messaging.
